This was my first time at Toronto. I have been to Toukley a few times before for brow ywaxing. The staff are lovely, but what sets Chantilly apart is the consistent knowledge and skill of the staff. Every single staff member is thoroughly trained, so no matter who you see, your experience is going to be amazing and consistent. After jumping from brow place to brow place because 1 negative service put me off, having somewhere to go where I know im going to get the same amazing results everytime is amazing and reassuring. I've found my place! 100% recommend

I arrived late and felt terrible about it - Kimberly saw me and was the most gracious and understanding, and made me feel at ease straight away. I had a beautiful facial (I didn’t take a photo but the glow was amazing) and she threw in an extra shoulder massage “because I looked like I needed some extra relax time” she had the perfect level of chatty when I wanted to talk and quiet when I wanted to relax. Thank you to Kimberly, I can’t wait for my next appt .

I would highly recommend Chantilly for any beauty treatment. The staff are so knowledgeable & are always up to date on training & treatments for the best outcome for their clients. Piper is my go to girl for eyebrows & facials, she is a perfectionist with her skills & creates a relaxing & pampered environment every time. Can’t wait to come back in & see your smiley faces.
